Enjoy the quote for the week ;) great movie shame on you if you don't know the movie I quoted. Now I don't have a Darla back home and well it's a blessing helped so much to do my best to stay focused out here. It's a great thing I am in a district with no sisters and ever greater to just have faith that God's plan for me is better than I can dream of so why try! Happy truth right there.

     So because I'm a goof I had to see if I still could... we could fit into a drier. Ha, I can don't worry I've only gained about 20 pounds so it's cool. I don't feel like I've gained much weight at all but I can definitely tell when I try to do pull-ups ;) so sad. 

      So we had another lesson with one of our friends who is progressing a lot and is on date to be baptized. Well we had a lesson on the word of wisdom and as soon as we got started the aunt walked in with a massive glass of wine it was supper funny she laughed it off and made it feel okay but it was just funny. 




      Okay so while playing pickleball I had jumped to hit a ball and landed and felt a massive shift in my back where my back just hurt so bad. Well, my back hurt for a few days, and the Elders didn't know how bad it was at first and thought I was exaggerating, and well. Check photo my back just was quite feeling it. I decided to not focus on it.  

      Saw a big bald eagle bring a large stick to its nest it was a really cool big beautiful bird. Meals on Wheels Van reminded me of home my lovely mother does that bless her :)

 Even though he's still home, here is his official week's update: Hi, family and friends, this week has been good little less than a week of actually being a missionary but I'm loving it. I have two good teachers and love my district. I have always known I suck at texting but this just makes it so much worse lol. I might figure it out while I serve over time but it definitely will take a good amount of time.  I didn't understand why they gave me the best comp so early into the mission! Well, I hope I like all my companions but I love the one I have now he is very cool from cedar city and we have just shared stories and talked learned about each other and just started to become friends. it is so weird it's all over text or zoom so that's just funny to me. I'm not happy Bob, not happy.

So much happens every single week here in Chesapeake zone. We went up to serve again at the temple Monday and Tuesday that's why you are receiving this email on Wednesday. The temple is fun to serve at. We removed or put on shoe covering so people can enter the temple. Nice to hear everyone's thoughts on the temple both members and nonmembers of the church. I also love hanging out with the other missionaries and just having fun together. We had 10 Elders spend the night with some local missionaries it was all 10 of us in 2 bedroom apartment so that was a blast. My air mattress had a hole so I moved to the couch what a blessing that was actually slept really well. They had 7 missionaries in one room and 3 in the other I liked being in the 3 the other two missionaries are a lot younger in the mission and it was nice to just chat with them about how they are doing. Baby chicken at Judy's farm. Well, how about reaching for the stars! So I have the best area in the mission and we'll I changed our goal of baptizing 1 person to 3! Well my oh my that's quite a number I think we are capable of a lot through teaching with the spirit but people have their agency and we will see what happens and will work our tails off! We set a date for a man named Joe to be baptized we need to meet with him more and go over more on the lessons but he wants to be baptized and we will see if we can help him get there.  "Why don't you cry to someone that actually cares" -Elder Wood/my trainer. Lol I have the best trainer ever no I haven't cried to him lol I'm fine but he's funny I love him he's interesting at times a funny guy and just keeps positive vibes around all the time so that's great.
