Elder Jonas Gridley's mission

Merry Christmas everyone my Christmas was lit!! I talked to most of you who are family and I went to dinner at a member's house we had breakfast food items they were great the best part was the eggs. I miss having blank. This week we plan to work hard. We are making lots of progress with Rebecca love Elder Jonas" A cousin who remains unknown said to tell that in my email sorry it's confusing.  Hey so I had a great Christmas and have had a blast! We had 2 great meals and Elder Brown's mom got us food Christmas eve Ribs mmm so good. We had taught like 3 people Christmas it was busy was really slow this week which was a bummer but still a good happy week. I loved calling home and just celebrating though. We bought a new nerdy game more details next week but as for now we are enjoying the weather and the holidays. We have 5 people on date and are doing our best to get them to the goal of baptism. But of course we can only help them If they desire to do that and come closer

  This week's been super crazy with transfers and all that's been going on. Sad to see elder Wood go he was a great comp but I'm loving my new comp as w ell! Elder Brown is his name we get along well he's from Beaver Utah.  We have seen quite a few cool little miracles this week! One new woman who's interested because of people she works with in Utah so she has learned some on her own and will maybe get baptized and help her start working towards that. Meet a guy named Gavin he's a senior in high school went to his house talked with him he's interested he's on the point of believing in God he says so we are trying to help him come to Christ.  When riding bikes we were going I'm leading and going down a hill we are taking the first right so I slowed down and look behind me and see elder Brown way back I'm confused like yo come on haha. His back tire popped after hopping off the sidewalk so had to lock our bikes up go on and try to do what we had p

Well hello hello folks 4th weeks out in the field and well Joe was baptized yesterday! It went well he understood more than we thought and seems he will love being in the church and get a calling sometime in the near future. His brother got baptized into a different church the same day in the morning. They said they would go to coach others baptisms but well haha. Joe said he was at his brother's baptism that morning but never went so his brother thinks he was there and so Joe went to church with us instead of his brothers baptized. It was funny and we can't hold it against Joe he's been washed clean haha. We went to the beach finally and it was very pretty! I'm pretty sure it's the first time I've been to the east coast beach - loved it very sandy. I played some 3 hit kill and that was fun. Beach wasn't too cold but the sand was.  We went barefoot to play the 3 hit kill. Lots of sand would get kicked up if you went for the ball and we called them sand rocke

     Alright, I'll start with the cool stuff. We put Felix and Cathrine on a date in February ik so far our she wants her family to be there for it so we will see what happens. Also, have Joe set to be baptized this next Sunday so... that will be cool.     So everyone don't get the word out or anything but I can get horses to come running when I whistle at the farm it's actually sick! Takes them like 10 seconds for them to look up and see what's going on then they start running over to me haha there are two fields right next to each other and they all just come I love it will try to get a video next Thursday at the farm!     Also at the farm, they have 2 bullwhips and they have a long stiff part them the rope so it's different from what I'm used to but after like 30 minutes here and there of trying it I got it and it's great I can use two hands to make it Uber loud haha. Anyway, cowboy our.    We have been playing lots of card games still and having a blast
